The luxurious décor and spacious room design were excellent.

My overall experience was marred by significant service issues. The hot water lasted barely a minute, frustrating each time I attempted to shower. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing complaints as a guest.

Spent 3 nights here with my family, had a perfect 10/10 stay overall. The breakfasts were freshly prepared and savoury with big portions and all the staff was VERY GENEROUS. The location in a calm area was peaceful and unbeatable and there were shopping centres and supermarkets nearby.

the units are well-kept with a balcony. the hotel is set in a comfortable location so close to local cafes/restaurants, several eateries serving a variety of cuisines, and the rambagh palace.

The hot water was inconsistent, often running out quickly during showers, quite inconvenient.

Well-designed and modern hotel located in a pretty quiet area near restaurant and a shopping mall and restaurants and downtown with all facilities in a hand.

Exceptionally comfortable beds & spotless rooms. Location just next door to quiet area of Jaipur, the main tourist hotspots and local cafes/restaurants and tourist attractions.

Rather indifferent staff!

A few issues surfaced, notably the hot water running out quickly during showers, a nuisance. There were signs of wear and tear, with dusty furniture and a mini fridge that appeared old and was inoperative. Cleaning staff seemingly operated on a request basis, leading to some confusion about when my room would be tidied up.

Lekker spot with proper hospitable vibes! The brekkie was solid, defs try the paneer spinach omelette, it's a must! Plus, the staff really looked after us. The jacuzzi on the roof was a nice touch after a day out and about in Jaipur!

Bumped into a bit of a slow start with getting our hot water, so had to wait a bit. No biggie though!

I chose this place for a short stay while visiting the nearby attractions, and it turned out to be a great choice. The spacious Deluxe Double Room was well-kept, with a lovely ambiance that added to the overall experience. I really appreciated the quick response from the staff via WhatsApp, especially when I needed help with food deliveries. Plus, the location was convenient, being close to several interesting sites like Hawa Mahal and MGF Metropolitan Mall.

Air conditioning worked great, but the wi-fi was unreliable at times.

The owners were super friendly and helped us with local tips. The rooftop view was fine, especially at sunset. Breakfast was fresh, and I loved the masala chai! Just a small hiccup with the Wi-Fi. It was kinda patchy during peak hours. A unique experience.

My beautiful double room was super nice and clean, like much better than most places in india. The breakfast was fresh and yummy, made just how i wanted. The owners rlly care about every detail. Plus, it's in a great location! You can walk to cool restaurants and shops in just a few mins.
